Biography
Dr. Luo is responsible for production of user-defined transgenic mice and the overall management of the Mouse Transgenic and Gene Targeting Facility. He supervises the overall operation of the facility including cryopreservation and rederivation services, ensures facility compliance with IACUC regulations, and provides consultation to investigators.
