The 3 laser (16V-14B-8R) Cytek Aurora CS can analyze up to 38 fluorochromes, 41 parameters (FSC, 405
SSC, 488 SSC-B), and sort up to 6 populations at once. The sorter also has the ability to sort into 96 well
plates with an option for high throughput, meaning it can sort single cells into plates in minutes.

The Cytek Aurora leverages full spectrum technology to provide unprecedented flexibility to scientists,
enabling the use of a wide array of new fluorochrome combinations without reconfiguring the system
for each application. The Aurora system delivers high-resolution data at the single-cell level to resolve
the most challenging cell populations, such as cells with high autofluorescence or low levels of
expression of key biomarkers, regardless of assay complexity.

A new and exciting feature is autofluorescence extraction, where high background can be treated as a
unique fluorophore with its own spectral footprint, and be unmixed out of the final data.
